My Story...
My name is Despina Learmonth, I have experienced failure, loss, disappointment, confusion and heart-ache. I have failed, quit, been fatigued, health challenged.
The biggest challenge I've dealt with is the cancer journey of my only son. He has overcome stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma twice and is thriving and growing and now studying Natural Sciences so he can help others as well.
So I too have had some of life's 'Biggest Challenges' and come out the other end, of each cycle.
I too have felt, I couldn't move forward in life, trust again, confused, numbed, and didn’t know how I would get up in the morning. Or ever be happy or even smile again.
I have also been so deep down the rabbit hole, it was dark, lonely and terrifying.
Then over years of counseling, coaching, healers, reading, meditating, I have found solutions, break-throughs and wisdom which I have summarized in 8 easy steps.
